The customer service was great the staff were friendly and polite. The food however did not look like the pictures and hardly had any meat on it.

POOR MANAGEMENT. BAD ATTITUDE.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Purchased two meals with upgrades, total of $23. One was the Diablo Meal, upgraded with Diablo fries. My daughter, who is an adult, only ate a few bites of the fries before the sauce literally burned her so badly that she had a swollen sore at the end of her tongue. We had not left the parking lot yet so we pulled through and asked if they would exchange the sandwich for a classic roast beef. We did not ask for a refund or an exchange on the fries. We just wanted to exchange the sandwich. The crew said they would be fired if they gave us another sandwich and that I would need to talk to the manager who would be in the next morning. Ok...
... so we go somewhere else and pay for more food for my daughter and, as a matter of principal, I return the next day to speak to the manager but when I got there she was on break. I told the crew I would wait. I could see, Bobby, the Manager, sitting in her car smoking a cigarette... 20 minutes pass... she's leaning against her car talking to someone in the car next to her... another 10 minutes pass. So I call and let the crew know I am still outside waiting in my car. The guy who answers tells me he will run out and grab her. I see the whole interaction between them, from my car, and she scolds him for going out to get her.
She was on break for no less than 30 minutes but longer actually because she was already on break when I arrived. Finally, she gets on the phone and tells me that she would have fired the crew if they had given me a new sandwich the night before.
Really, Bobby?
She says, the sandwich was made correctly so she won't refund it but she's willing to give me a new sandwich now... well, now, that's not enough when it could have been replaced when we were actually eating our food. Now, that I had to buy more food for my daughter, return the next day, wait 30 minutes to talk to a Manager, and then be talked to condescendingly because apparently it's my fault that I didn't ask how hot the sandwich would actually be... after all that, I wanted a refund not another sandwich, Bobby.
Bobby obviously intimidates her crew and doesn't provide adequate solutions or even friendly customer service. I won't return to the Arby's in Cottage Grove. I'd rather drive to Eugene than deal with Bobby again. I would highly suggest avoiding this particular Arby's unless you want to support management who unapologetically mistreated employees and customers.
I left without a refund or another sandwich.

Was given the wrong order. Then I was told it would be 4 minute for pur fries to be done ao to park out front, and they would bring it out to us. We waited for 35 minutes, then went in, and they said they forgot about us. They offered no compensation for their 2 screw ups. Also, the manager on duty was super rude to us and even ruder to her employees. I will never go there again.

Nice, clean restaurant offering the traditional Arby's foods.
Staff are always welcoming and friendly.
Recommend the French Dip sandwich with double meat... that being said, this location is great during the daytime hours and things seem to go downhill with the night time crew.
A visit at about 7pm for a French Dip resulted in getting a lesser roast beef sandwich as they had run out of au jus and simply didn't want to make more; (by their own admission). Sucks to drive somewhere only to find out they aren't offering all of the listed menu items!
