This was a delightful surprise! It is dry camping and my expectations were pretty low. However, the roads are pave, the RV sites is paved, flush toilets and showers are available, and potable water spigets are scattered around. Sites near the lake are odd numbered.
We will definitely return.

Best part about this campground are that many of the lakeside spots you can pull your boat right up to. However if the lake is low it becomes more difficult. The sites have little to no privacy. Fire pit w/ grill and picnic tables in every sire. . Plenty of sites available when we visited (2nd week in June). Hit or miss on the weather but you can always expect a wind coming in from the lake, plus side is it keeps the bugs away. Only one playground and 2 bathrooms facilities with showers. Clean bathrooms, bring hand soap because the bathrooms do not have any soap for washing your hands. It is a long campground that goes along the lakeshore so you can be father than you may like from the bathrooms and playground.

Pine meadows is our favorite lake side camping spot. I have been going here since college with my now wife. It's a convenient location just off of I5. It's fun to play in the lake and after a few years of coming here we got some seadoos to play with. It's always a good time. Only thing to note is it is a dry campground

Great lake side primitive campground. No hookups or electric. Very clean, and cool staff. Weekly ranger talks. Booze free zone. Patrolled after dark by the sheriff.

Hit or miss on the site you get. Your either right on the water or next to the road it seems. All of which are cramped. Were lots of generators going after quiet hrs. The photos of the sites are deceiving because the landscape has been overgrown. We got a spot on the water so it was worth it.
